Buffet items come with serving utensils, but not everyone wants place settings, so for maximum flexibility and convenience, we offer them as a separate item for a nominal charge.  75 cents per person includes plates and utensils as needed for whatever you are ordering.  The items in our place settings are 100% compostable.
